The Fireplace People

I finally gave up on expecting a positive outcome for my fire place repair with these people. They schedule you 3 months out and if they have to come back they put you in the back of the queue. If you want your fireplace fixed in this century call someone else (I was very happy with Pyrogenix LLC Israel fixed everything in a single visit).

I searched six different fireplace stores and chose The Fireplace People because of their sales person Mike C. Mike was very patient and professional with me explaining everything I needed. I had several months delay due to the manufacturer and Mike kept me abreast thoughtout the whole process. Today he went out of his way to install the delayed surround. I love my new gas fireplace. I will highly recommend The Fireplace People in the future. Thank you Mike.

Mike and the entire staff was very professional with excellent service. Mike came over after the installation to take the burner back to his lab to make sure there is enough pressure going to the burner. Come to find out I needed a new line which was replaced. Mike came back again to reinstall the burner and we are now enjoying our new gas fireplace. Thanks Mike and the rest of the staff.

Walked in, one gentlemen put the part right on the counter that I needed. Then was told that he wasn't allowed to sell it. I will not give this place my business if people can walk into the store, see the part that they need, then be told otherwise. Very unprofessional.
