I started using Sarina's Cleaning Services a couple months ago. The admins are communicative, responsive and friendly. The first cleaner unfortunately did not show up due to a personal emergency, but it did not create any negative feeling for me, as this cleaning service had very high reviews. The Admin was very apologetic and told me they took corrective action as they hold themselves to very high standards. They rescheduled me with another cleaner, and I've stuck with him ever since! This particular cleaner is so good - he is professional, quiet, diligent, and fast. He is able to take instructions or work without direction, as well. The first couple of times he came, I oversaw his work, and gave him specific tasks to do and showed him where I like everything, but now that I am booking a regular service every two weeks, I just let him do his thing. It really has improved our quality of life! He brings his own cleaning supplies and as regulars, he will leave some of the cleaning materials here to use next time. I know the admin said they are going to be launching a mobile app soon, so that it's easier to book, because right now I do it via their website or via email, but it would be great if I had an account I could log into to review my "order history", and to setup a recurring payment process like a subscription style. Right now, I just email the admin to book and they charge automatically for me, but I still have to reach out and request it and then I create a calendar for myself to keep track of when the cleaner is coming. I know they are planning to update but would be great to have a system in place so I can visually see everything when I've ordered a cleaner for what service and for how much, and when they are coming.

I made a review on the account of : Marie Lavender. Not only was I blocked from updating my review. And blocked my number. This company is a complete scam. I expressed the issue to them and they refused to refund me my money. I contacted my bank and they lied about giving the proper service to me. I will attach the images again here. DO NOT do business with this company. They gave me a TERRIBLE cleaner who did nothing. After he was done looking around, he sat down and charged his phone saying he was done. Does that look done to you ????? Because its not. I was expecting amazing service. But I was cheated out of $250 by this company. Beware ! Because all of the 5 star reviews I feel they have made themselves. I do not feel this is real people. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureaus. No one should be cheated out of their money. I work extremely hard, to spend $250 on NO WORK DONE.

An amazing service. This is someone who has a calling for cleaning and an eye for organization. If you recently had a move, and anxiety is freezing you from putting things away, they've got you covered. You always get what you pay for and sometimes a lot more. Let me start off by saying I have never used a maid/cleaning service before. I researched for over 2 weeks on a company to come out and clean my place. I was so excited for this. I suffer from chronic depression and my place can get very cluttered since I work a TON. After speaking with Dave and Sarina/Tina I was reassured that my place would be sparkling clean. Its NOT. Not only did the cleaner leave over 40+ minutes EARLY expressing he was done. I paid for 3 HOURS NOT 2. But nothing was done ! It was not moped, kitchen is filthy, fridge is as well, bathroom is still cluttered. Bedroom is still cluttered. After asking my cleaner if that was considered organized in the bathroom,he said yes. Does that look organized to you ? Because its not. It doesnt even smell like cleaning products in here. I still have to clean my apartment after paying almost $300. Let me also say, he didnt have ANY CLEANING PRODUCTS WITH HIM. I had to supply cleaning products for him and gloves. So not only did I pay $300 , I also had to supply cleaning supplies ? Whats the point of this service ? Extremely unprofessional. I honestly feel for the amount I paid almost $300, this was a waste of money and time. I couldve just taken my time and cleaned my place, a family member couldve helped for free. And would've did a better job. What helped this review is how kind the owners are. They were very helpful with scheduling. But I would not use this service again. I guess I was given the lazy cleaner/bad cleaner for my place because the 5 star reviews posted are not my experience at all. Service: Deep clean
