Love the Spa Collection Towels. I own several luxury vacation rentals and these towels are perfect! They hold their shape, are super soft and absorbent. I tried several other towels and these are by far the best. They are more expensive than others but they are worth it because I don't go through as many and my guests really appreciate the "luxury" and I appreciate the designer look and feel. Ellen Ackerman is my sales rep and she is the best.

We are a luxury home staging and design company and have worked with Down Town Company for many years. One thing we proud ourselves in is our beautiful beds. Down Town Company has provided us with the perfect lightweight but feathery looking beds. Not only do we use Down Town Company for the overall look it provides our beds but the feel. Our customers speak highly of the overall comfort of the pillows, duvet fills, and mattress pads. Down Town Company exceeds our expectations of comfort and show.

I hate to be the first to write a 1 star review but I gave DownTown Company the chance to do the right thing. 10 years ago I bought the a premium $1500 Duvet Comforter from ABC Carpet made by DownTown Company. I never in my life thought I would pay this money for a Duvet Comforter but I was told it would last me a lifetime. And it was amazing for the first 7-8 years. Fast forward 10 years and this Duvet Comforter has just been getting thinner and thinner until this winter is was missing so much down I was getting cold at night. I had been told that it had life time warranty (and checked the website) and contacted DownTown Company. 1st by email. No reply 2nd by phone. Spoke to Ellen who would get back to me 3rd by email. No reply 4th by email. No reply You might think that expecting to get help after 10 years is a lot to ask, but I do not agree. First of all it states that the comforters has lifetime warranty on craftsmanship. I think there is something wrong with the craftsmanship if you are an expert in down products and they leak. Secondly, my parents have a 20 year old IKEA Down Comforter who is still going strong. I have attached a few images to show how much down is missing, some of the squares are practically empty.

I always order Downtown products for my clients and as for myself as well. My husband refers to our bed as "our cloud" My go to company when I want the quality I offer my clients.
