I'm thoroughly convinced that they process more orders incorrectly than they do correctly. Also, this store is constantly filthy. The bathroom has never not smelled like urine, in five years. The screens at check out never get cleaned. Added a star because, when the coffee is fresh, it is normally good and the right color (dark brown). I don't know what's going on at the other nearby locations, but most of them have super weak coffee that's way too light. The operations folks obviously know what people are willing to give up for convenience, but this location is very close to surpassing that level of incompetence.

I have simply asked a lottery ticket, the guy sneezing, wiping his nose, denied saying that lane is closed while he was still serving other customers . If you dont like the job, there are many folks who can do a better job than you. I was planning to buy other stuff like coffee, gas etc I just left , zero idea about customers happiness
