My Janome machine decided not to work properly this morning. I called Bobbin Sewing Machine to see if they work on Janome. He asked me about my problem and very patiently walked me through how to fix the issue (of course it was user error). I am now going to use this company for when my machine needs a "tune-up". I was blown away with the service I got over the phone. Thank you!

I have been trying to figure out why my Singer sewing machine was not working properly for several weeks. Today, I started calling sewing machine repair shops and was shocked to hear the price they wanted to bring it in. I finally called Bobbin Sewing Machine Repair in Wayne. I have never experienced a person who was willing to help me without my having to go in. He walked me through several things to do and the machine is working perfectly. Barrie was amazing. I brought him 3 sewing machines that weren’t working properly. He spent time with me and looked at them while explaining the proper settings and functions of each machine. I ended up only leaving one machine to be serviced. The other 2 were just not properly setup. He wouldn’t even accept anything for the time he spent with me and just asked that I be patient with the repair time on the machine since he had a lot of work ahead of mine. Needless to say he is honest fair and very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I have and do highly recommend him.
