Rockin' Jump Trampoline Park

I wanted to get a membership for my kids because they love trampoline parks. I signed up with Rockin' Jump because it was the closest to my house and then realized how little we were going. I called to cancel and the woman who answered gave me a website to go to cancel. The website was for a jump place in a different state and there was nowhere at all for me to cancel my membership. I have called back multiple times and left messages, and no one has gotten back to me yet but then still keep charging me monthly. I am going to go in person and see what happens. I'll post an update.

From the minute we checked in our party planner Mahfuz was welcoming. He checked the guests and ourselves in with ease and explained in great detail what to expect during our time at Rockin Jump. Through out the jumping time he checked in with me to see if we were ok. The children had an amazing time, the space is perfectly set up to where your children can run around without you having to be on top of them. When it came time to enter our party room I was extremely happy to see how nicely he set up the decorations for us, served all our guests, cut the cake. Mahfuz made our experience that much better. Excellent service. THANK YOU MAHFUZ!
