When it was time for us to look for a house we went with Mark at ERA Duke Realtors. My great grandmother worked with Mark and during the whole process it felt like my grandmother was there helping us along the way. My husband and I had just had a baby and Mark took the time weekly showing us possible homes, he had so much patience with us. He listened to what are needs/wants were and we found a house that we loved. Thank you!

Buyer and seller be ware, this real estate agent is the most unprofessional real estate agent I, or my agent, has ever worked with! This agent doesnt respond to emails, phone calls, or offers on homes for the seller or buyer!! Do yourself a favor and RUN as fast as you can AWAY from doing business with this HORRIBLE real estate agent!!!

Absolutely useless. I did more of this idiot's job than he did. Do not do business with this guy in any capacity, even if you are on the other side of the transaction - it will cost you, as it did us. Completely and utterly useless. You could not ask for someone worse to represent you or do business with.

BEWARE of MARK DUKE, whether you are a SELLER or a BUYER! I called on a property in requesting information. When I received a call back, he was telling me how expensive the taxes, HOA fees and closing costs were before getting off the phone. I was aware of these things, due to my parents living in the same development. SELLERS- He was talking me out of viewing his own listing! I found realtor through my bank program and the next day had the pre-approval letter he demanded I must have before making an appointment to SEE THE HOUSE!! My realtor emailed him my letter on a Friday. By Sunday, not one email, text or phone call to allow us to come in to view the home. I am in this development daily and one day I happened to see the homeowner, walking outside. I explained,
I would truly love to view your property, but your realtor will not return
calls etc. FUNNY, I was able view the home the next day. NEXT HURDLE, my preapproval letter did not state I could afford the HOA fees, taxes or closing cost. SO, now I had to call my bank up to which they said “to view a home?”…I said “yes.” I really wanted to see the house, so they rushed the letter for me to see the home that afternoon. I placed my offer the
following day asking for a two day return if they would accept or counter my offer. After 8 days, I was told they have multiple offers on the home and I must show bank statements from the last 30 days, that I have the funds to be able to pay closing, taxes, and HOA fees with my offer. Something that is not done at this point in a sale but I did what he wanted and sent to him within 2 hours. He never responded to my agent. I continued to viewed properties on Zillow and noticed the house that I put the offer in on was lowered 5k!! MARK DUKE didn’t even have the decency to reply to my offer!! After I contacted my realtor informing them of the decreases in price, I received an email saying my offer
was not accepted and no counter. I then went in with a second offer FULL ASKING PRICE and again had to submit in all the demanding documents for the second contract. It was approved. Due to personal
reasons, I the buyer, needed to change realtors which Mark Duke was aware of. REMEMBER MY OFFER WAS ACCEPTED!! He made my new
agent resubmit the same offer with the documents. Then, which to find out, the sellers took another offer so he continued to show the home even after offer was accepted. The ONLY reason, my agent found out because I had to ask the sellers to contact their agent to give us a update! Do yourself a favor if you want to list your home, STAY AWAY FROM MARK DUKE!! He is not the realtor for you, he has a bad name for himself! If you’re woman, he clearly will make you go thru hoops because he is
SEXIST! I was targeted for being a women. I was able to provide proof of purchase.
