Scott is one of the best attorneys in the State of New Jersey. After a long battle with municipal my case was overturned in appeals at the Superior Court. 3 felony charges and a DUI charge were reduced to disorderly persons and a ticket. I could not have asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend Mr. Wilhelm to anyone with criminal and DUI charges in the State of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
