Toyota Prius had not been used for four month, all battery juice was gone, door could not be opened, hence no way to get to the battery for charging. Owner of the business said he felt uncomfortable doing the job himself, but referred me to an outside business with a specialized mechanic/driver with the required knowledge of the car. If that person could not help, I should call back for another recommendation. Fortunately, that mechanic/driver figured out what to do and in what order. He furthermore recommended a check-in of the car at the Toyota dealer for safety’s sake. I felt very happy and grateful. I needed a tow from rt 78 near Warren NJ and Ron of Bardy Farms Towing was so helpful in referring me to another towing company because he was too far away on another job at the time. What a nice guy! Will remember to call him again when I need roadside assistance in the future!
