Absolutely non professional, I couldnt even cash a check here. Customer service is horrible to. No wonder they have such bad reviews

The branch manager is horrible named Mrs Laurdes.
You guys should call BOA and log a complaint against her
She was extremely extremely extremely extremely rude. She started talking to us in a rude manner and this is the first time I encountered her in my life.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. Awful customer service. I dread going to this branch and after my recent experience, i will not go back. The employees are rude and have attitude, especially Ms/Mrs Lurdes. Do not recommend going to this branch unless you want to deal with rude workers who give attitude, walk away in the middle of a conversation & don't care to help.
