Shoreline Tree Service

I paid Chris to remove trees. He did that but left the stumps. He asked for payment in full and said he would come back to remove two large stumps which I paid for...I was hesitant to give him the whole payment but he promised me he would be back to do it. He never showed up and I have called and texted him multiple times with no response. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Services: Stump removal, Tree removal

I called this guy looking to see if they will remove a downed tree that got hit by lightning, and is leaning on the house. He answers the phone like it's a house line. I said I don't know how this works, and if he can provide an estimate. He yelled at me saying tree work is expensive, and hung up.
