He did a wonderful job on my mother's piano. It was in rough shape, having not been tuned or serviced in decades. Very affordable rates, and the piano sounds and plays much better. Very easy to speak with and not condescending, given that a mouse had made the piano its home . We will be contacting him again soon for future service.

We own a Kawai RX-5 grand piano.  We kept our piano in a strict range of temp and humidity all year around.  We usually have the piano tuned twice a year at around Apr and Oct. The piano has been tuned by several different technicians so far. Augustus is simply the best, you can hear and feel the differences after his tuning right away, even my kids noticed that immediately.  Augustus knows the piano inside out.  He makes the best sound and touch out of the piano.  If you have heard his piano performance on the stage, you will know what am I talking about.  Highly recommended!

Augustus has tuned my piano for the past 4 years. I recommend him to all of my piano students and I know they continue to use him regularly. He is professional and courteous, and does his job very well.
