Amazing experience!! Eric is outstanding and deserves some type of award for his incredible customer service!!
If you've ever dealt with outpatient hemodialysis, you know the frustration, discomfort, sometimes pain and desperation that can accompany bringing a sick, elderly patient to an outpatient facility which is overbooked and understaffed.
Wall Davita Home Training is a shining light. Eric was very accommodating, immediately and routinely responsive, and went above and well beyond what I have come to expect from this industry as a whole.
Thank you Eric and Davita of Wall Township for helping me and my family in our time of desperation. Thank you for explaining each step, making every accommodation I could imagine, and treating us like I would treat my own family.
If Davita doesn't give you some type of bonus, I will make sure I do.
Please keep doing what you are doing!
I hope everyone spreads the word of Home Hemodialysis as a feasible alternative to the outpatient status quo.
