The bank teller told me the company was getting rid of the passbooks. Not to happy about it. I only came to this bank for 28 years just for them to tell me they are getting rid of the passbooks and wasting paper and mail and making us download another app . I might as well just transfer to another bank. I really wish PROVIDENT BANK WOULD KEEP THE PASSBOOKS!!!!!! Please let your higher ups know how your customers feel about these upcoming changes. Thanks. I personally like my passbook its easy I dont need to download an app or keep track of statements.. lets keep the passbook thats what makes provident bank so special.

Always courteous, professional and friendly. Staff goes out of their way to help with all banking needs. I could not feel better about banking at Provident!

Not sure if I'm unlucky but their ATM Machine ate my card and wouldn't get it back now I have to get a new one. Marc lasevoli is right don't waste your time here there are plenty of other banks that won't do this
