CONS: EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE....charged us over $400 to replace a leaky dishwasher hose that took all but 10 mins to do!

Wish I could give half a star or 0. Had a tech come out to look at my outside AC unit since it looked like it had died and stopped working on me. I called and they said it be around 77$ for a tech to come out and inspect. Apparently that was just for them to drive their van to my house. Hit me with another 90 something charge to tell me the unit is bad and the whole system needs replacing, I would think that was included in the 77$ Diagnostic fee.. either way. I called to fight the 90$ something charge description, and ends up being for him to “switch my breaker on/off” which I ended up doing for him.. they sent a sales person out the next day which was a Saturday who started off nice. Became incredibly pushy and grew an awful attitude once I told him Id like to discuss things with my someone since it was such a large expense. He tried to push that Id finance right then and there. Again didn’t want to without a discussion. He didn't take kindly to that fact and seem to have a fit about it and rubbed him the wrong way. Became very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. Would absolutely not recommend based on my two day experience.. seem like they simply over charge, take advantage, and become pushy. Disappointed after seeing their good reviews on google, do you research call around first, and always get options. I never type reviews but had too after this experience. I ended up finding someone else to help out right now..

I want to thank Bovio-Rubino for their responsiveness to my downed AC unit. With parts on back order they found a way to secure the needed parts and repair my AC unit during a recent heat wave. Their service rep Jeff, was extremely nice and made certain the repair was complete and the unit operational. Thank you again Bovio-Rubion
