        My grandmother WALKED into genesis rehab with the ability to do all of her daily living skills with moderate assistance and came out less than a month later missing almost all of the clothes she came in with, unable to walk, toilet herself or feed herself and afraid of basically everything. During her stay she lost so much weight she went down two sizes. Her medication wasnt given to her as prescribed, when picked up for a scheduled doctors appointment- that staff was aware of - they sent her out in mismatched pajamas, wearing someone elses socks...she was completely unkept. My family was denied compassionate care visits. This place has no respect or dignity for the people they are supposed to be caring for. If I could give zero stars - I would.
