Managment is good but the staff the have in the floor are horrible. I worke there as a Machine Operator and all they teach you is to clean the machine. If the machine is not running good you supose to tell the mechanic the issue and he ignores you and walks away and then you get yell at for something is not your fault. The employee there are good people that are desperate to get out of there and find another job. They start you at 12.50 and you have to support extremely high temperature and in summer is hell. 2nd shift supervisor Frank don't know nothing and if he do a mistake he will come up with a excuse to blame it on someone else.
