Just had Dr Cuttler do cataract surgery on my eyes. I couldn't be happier with the results, Dr Cuttler, and all the associates I came into contact with.

I will no longer be a patient there after 9 years. They did not tell me they stopped accepting my insurance when I made an appointment. I should have received a letter or have been told when I called to schedule an appointment. I also had asked to order contact lenses before going to my appointment, they told me they would call me. I never got a call from them. I told them I don't have any contact lenses and I have events coming up and urgently need them. I called the following week to order them and they said they can't do it until they did my yearly eye exam. I explained to them it is urgent. Last year, I was given samples for emergencies they told me they don't do that anymore; which is okay, but I still need need contacts ASAP. I asked if they could move my schedule up and they told me No. It is not worth going there. I will not be returning. If I had to pay out of pocket for my exam I would have, the fact that they didn't try to move me up, or even mentioning a cancellation list shows they don't care. Unprofessional.

Two weeks i had my first cataract surgery the staff was great very professional and very sweet the place is immaculate .I constantly saw them cleaning whatever they had used and washing their hands My surgery was a little delayed because of a emergency. I got a little bit upset.And they were so very nice about i.Yesterday was my second cataract surgery and once again, the nurses for absolute sweethearts. And very professional, but I had to post this because I was very annoyed by the anesthesiologist. He walked over to me and said hi I'm Joe and that's all he said and he proceeded to look at my bracelet and. That was it. Then I saw him walk up to every other patient. Say good morning, how are you? How you doing. I don't know, maybe he just doesn't like women and I don't mean in a gay kind of way but he was just rude. When I went into the operating room, I require more medication for pain and something to put me out, I saw he was going to push the meds into my IV, put never told me i found that strange you always tell your Pt.what you are going to do Being in the health care profession myself for 30 years. This is something that you should do. You should tell your patient what you're doing. The whole time I was there. I think he said 3 words to me. The nurses are like I said, sweethearts very professional. The place is clean. But I don't think Joe is a people person.

How do they stay in business? They never pick up the phone. And when they do, theyre usually rude. When I made my appointment last February, I gave them my insurance information and asked if Id have a co-pay. They told me there would be no co-pay for the visit. That was until I received a bill for $204. They informed me they booked me in as an emergency. What? Are you kidding me? I reluctantly paid the bill, but never will I ever recommend this association. Theyre incompetent and greedy.
