Bath & Body Works

Apparently bath and body works does not care about educators anymore. They used to offer a teachers discount, but I was told very abruptly and rudely on 4/5/23 around 6pm that no they don't offer that, and apparently only offered it for a week when I know for a fact that is untrue. I had received teacher discounts on multiple different purchases in the past that were not done in a week time period. I will make sure to spread the word to fellow teachers.

Was super excited that the Cumberland Mall store had the items I wanted in stock (for once) so I didn't have to pay shipping. Went in to pick up candles and they were all wrapped up in the bag. There were so many people at the check out I didn't want to pull them out and check my order. Well, my mistake because when I got home I found one was not even close to what I ordered. I called the store and said I wasn't happy I had to come back to exchange it and was told 'everyone makes mistakes, we're all human, sorry'. I wonder if the attitude was because she was the one who made the mistake. A simple sorry about the inconvenience would have been sufficient. I don't care for snotty people.

This place has some good smelling products. Mmmm mmmmm good. Stuff taste nasty.

I don't like there use of paper coupons but the associates have nothing to do with that. They were fast and friendly, thank you
