      image I've been a BB&T customer for 28yrs. I just experienced the worst customer service I've ever seen. I was the only customer in the bank, (only because the ATM was out of service) and stood in line for approximately 5 min. (mind you I was the only customer at the time) before I finally asked the 3 associates behind the counter if anyone was working today??? Very very poor service... I am also calling the manager to file a complaint...
