        If figure if I get a oil change all ur fliuds will be filled this is the first time I ever got a oil change nobody checked me anit freeze was real low I dont think they check my transmission. Very bad service when I get there the service desk didnt have me in the system but I got recorded I called bad service

        When you walk in the atmosphere is warm and inviting. They gave enough attention to make me feel welcomed and not harassed like some other places. The purchase was quick and easy, I have bought multiple cars from here and I have sent family and friends in to them and they all say the same thing. Fast friendly, caring. Some staff members have changed throughout the years, but they manage to hire employees who all have the same goal Great Customer Service. Im going to continue to recommend them to FAMILY & FRIENDS. Because after you buy from them you feel like your apart of the family now.

        I took my car to Team Nissan for a I key ignition error 3 weeks ago for what I thought should have been a easy fix.and close to $2000 paid out of pocket.Took my car home won't start took back to Them for the 3rd time they kept my car for 1 whole week . Friday just before closing I received a call from them stating my car now need a starter and He said what sounded like to me a used starter for an additional $400 dollars. I never known a Nissan dealer to put a used part in a car..Also The Gentleman I spoke to continued to admit they broke the starter by continuing to try and start my car ..keep in mind The key ignition error problem still exist and has not been fix to date of this post.They seem to only care about continuing to charge me more and more money for a broke car that never has been fixed properly. This review is not posted out of anger I am just very disappointed in Team Nissan I am a repeat customer. So Sad . I will tow my car to another shop I just want my car fixed...2015 Nissan Altima
