Geralyn Serra is the Best! She referred me to Britland Auto body ( State Farm Select service) after a deer hit my car. My experience was hassle free & back in 7 days. No uploading pictures, no fighting w adjusters, no out of pocket expenses. Also glad Geralyn had me get the Car Rental writer a year ago just in case! Boy was that convenient w Enterprise in Greenbrook, NJ

Been with them for nearly 2 decades. Jackie Pou has been my rep the entire time. Do you know how rare it is to work with one agent for that long? There is a reason their turnover rate is so low. Jackie is amazing. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, professional, and puts her clients first. She is a true credit to the agency and the reason Ive stayed with them for so long. I highly recommend.
