Customer service is horrible.. kept me standing for returning a scooter saying that the system is not allowing, and did a manual return in 1 minute, which they could have done half an hour before. Felt like robbed. This is why Amazon is blooming because they care about customers.

This Target is dirty inside and out!!! Staff is not friendly. Always out of stock! The last time I went there, the garbage cans were overflowing. The cart person must have called out because there were no carts inside the store! I felt sick when I saw the garbage cans and garbage on the ground in front of the store!!! Management has to change!!!

I just went into the Target at Vauxhall NJ and as I am disabled asked for one of the electric wheelchairs/shopping carts they so proudly state they have only to find out that they are ALL BROKEN. Well I got a sorry ma’am and told they had no idea if & when they would be fixed. I then was forced to leave without purchasing what I came for & the few other things one always throws into ones cart when in this type of store. If they don’t want me & those like me shopping at their store, I wish they would at least put up a sign outside so I could save myself the effort of parking and making my way into their store. For those of us differently ambled that in itself takes quite an effort. I’m sure other retailers want my business and I’ll make it mine to find them & give them my money. Sorry Target you failed big time!
