I think BBB just needs to throw in the towel. Being a fully online store isnt working for them either. I ordered some bedding almost a week ago, there are no email updates on the status of my shipments. I went into my online account to track it and two items are delayed and one just has a label created. I should have just gone through AmazonI would have received my order before I even clicked place order.

Steer clear of Bed Bath & Beyond. Horrible shopping experience. I bought 3 items under one order. The merchandise came in 3 different shipments. One item was cheaply made, cannot use it for the intended purpose it was made for. Bed bath & Beyond does not cover returns, so to have a return label generated by them. It would cost me $10, the same price of the item that I want to return. I tried to leave a review on the item and they never posted my review. The second item that got delivered was not what I ordered. I am hoping that I will receive the correct last item on the order.

If I could give this item and company less than a one I would. I see why bbb and overstock went out of business. I ordered 2 black and gold cabinets and both of them were the wrong cabinets when delivered. Now I have to send them back and wait for my refund, I'm being inconvenienced for there mistake. To add insult to injury the customer service is horrible I spoke with a keketso who would not let me spoke with her supervisor, then she told me the supervisor would not speak with me. Beware of this company donot order anything from them. Their scammers, you order one item and they send you something entirely different.

I have been trying for 2 months to get a large item returned. Arrived cracked It seemed that the customer service we're willing to help process a usual return. No response despite 6+ attempts

Customer service is the worst out there. Distribution called to let me know about their mistake of sending me two head boards in place of my bedroom set mirror. Was happy that they caught it and I did not have to call. mind you I bought in november still havent received it. I called customer service to see if I could get the ball rolling Meah lectured me about not using the right channels and there was no claim about my mirror. I sent a picture of my voicemail I received indicating the warehouse had my mirror. She just double down on her non sense, I gave tracking number, pictures, and still theres ,"no proof." If i'm calling and giving you information on the incident to escalate the situation. how am I not going through proper channels and how are you not going to give me something that I paid for. Ridiculous. Ive been more than patient. Loved what I did receive hated the unprofessional finger pointing. I don't need excuses I need action plans.
