Hi David, I am so disappointed with your experience to our Beautiful coffee shop. I remember you had a Double shot of Medium Mexican beans 15oz instead of 12oz. This is why I trained my barista to ask the customer, if they want there coffee strong or lighter. Which on your case it was lighter, also in addition to that you had the a house beans, which is basic of our list of coffee beans. You may want to try our Hawaiian, El Salvador, Ethiopian, Panama from Volcanic Island or maybe Jamaican blue on a 12oz. My favorite Tanzania Peaberry beans. I've showed you a video of each brew of our espresso machine, how accurate it is.. I also mention to you, I choose manual espresso machine over automatic machine due to accuracy and a perfect brew coffee for each shot of coffee. Where as other coffee shop has an automatic machine to brew coffee faster. If you plan to judge, criticize or maybe compare other coffee shop. You must have a base knowledge about coffee . Many of our customer calls this place the Hidden Gem of Union City... I would suggest to read up on coffee beans, coffee machine, the region of each bean are harvested, the altitude whereas coffee beans are cultivated, how they are washed and a single shot of espresso is 1oz. So, Please do not judge the book by its cover. Also try not to offend ITALIAN or any other race. They know good coffee when they taste it...They don't need a person to tell them what is better mostly someone who is not Italian. The espresso machine we use is made from ITALY!! Also my PIZZA OVEN TOO 100%...There Engineering it comes to espresso machine is amazing..FYI, to judge a coffee the right way. Go with espresso, taste the aroma and take a small sip...Don't judge the coffee from an Americano drink...If you wanna be a coffee critic do it the right way..
