This company cleaned the carpets in my basement, first floor and stairs. Wilson and his colleague (whose name I forget) were on time and did an excellent job. In addition to the carpets I asked them to try to clean the fabric on my 4 kitchen chairs. They were so dirty that I was planning to throw them out, but decided to try having them cleaned, since they were here anyway. One of the four chairs in particular was really dirty. To my surprise they were able to clean them so well after completion I couldn't tell which was the one chair that was very bad. I will definitely use the company again if necessary and highly recommend them. Service: Carpet cleaning

I had them clean my carpets and take down, clean, and rehang my drapes. They should never attempted to do what they could not! They hung the drapes once and took them down. They sent two other guys to hang them, still no good. They asked me to send the receipt that I bought them at Penneys for $2500, which I did. They said Penneys does not do rehangs. They asked ME to call around to different companies to see if someone else would hang them. These companies did not want to do a rehang without cleaning them -- too small a job. I got ONE who said yes, but for $400. NY Carpet Cleaning would not give me the $400. I complained to the BBB, who did absolutely nothing after months of goon back and forth. I left them as is, all wrinkled, messed up, and not at all of the photos of the drapes I sent to them before even agreeing to do them. It is not like they didn't know how the drapes were, they just are INCOMPETENT in hanging drapes. Don't use these people!!

NY Carpet Cleaning washed and cleaned 4 Oriental rugs for us along with a silk Isfahan rug that we have inherited, which needed a repair in the corner. They picked up the area rugs from our Manhattan Condo and dropped them off after they were cleaned. They rolled all the carpets in the living room to make sure we were happy with the cleaning result. The silk rug rug was fixed and I could never tell that it was damaged in the corner. They did an amazing job cleaning and repairing the carpet. I highly recommend New York Carpet Cleaning. I had a very pleasant experience.
