I saw someone gave this company a bad review. I have been dealing with this mother/daughter team for a few years now and they have been nothing but, grade A excellent. They are VERY kind and work very efficiently and know what they are doing. I am nothing but, pleased with their service. I highly recommend this company for your insurance needs. Please ignore the bad review. Someone must have been having a bad day and took their anger out on who every one they could that day they gave the bad review?

Kim and Julie are the absolute best! I've been working with them for years and they once again bent over backwards to help me! They are real people who actually will call you, email you, follow up with you and make sure all the "i's" are dotted and all the "t's" are crossed AND that you are happy!!! I could not recommend a better company to work with than Mystic!!!

I've never written a review and am not the person to do so, however this family owned and operated Insurance agency deserves everything. To put a long story short I was in the process of buying an investment property and need flood insurance and home insurance however because of some damage to the property that is being fixed after closing it was near impossible to find a company who would accept me. I pretty much lost hope but I stubbled across Mystic Insurance Agency and gave them a call, to Mrs. Keeney answering and it was joy talking to her as she was very professional about the situation she said she would find me someone and she did!!! After searching for almost 2 weeks to find someone I was unsuccessful, however Mrs. Keeney is a miracle worker who put me as the top priority doing everything in her power to help me anyway possible and found me someone in less than a day. I can't put into words how her and the agency have helped me in my future goals and doing so professionally. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone, as it was a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with this wonderful group!!!
