Neil was fantastic! We had a shower leaking into the kitchen ceiling below. He diligently troubleshot the issue and when he cut out the drywall he found a cracked drain pipe. He did a great job working in a tight space and quickly fixed it. He’s very professional and very knowledgeable. Excellent diagnostics, excellent work and a fair price. I recommend him highly. Had a shower faucet that wouldn't turn off around 6:00am. Called Marchesi around 7:30 and he was here in 90 minutes. He got the job done and done right. Neil was very professional and kept me updated through out the process.

Neil is an absolute expert and master craftsman. We had a quote to repair a shower for $6000. With a few minutes inspecting it, he pointed out it really only needed grout repair, making it a $15 fix I could do on my own. I then had him install 3 outdoor faucets and a check valve for a sump pump. All of which he knocked out in a day. One faucet proved more difficult, and he didn’t up the price. Fair pricing, super experienced, and an overall nice guy. Even the dispatcher nice and honest about his availability and time windows. Will use again and highly recommend to others. My parents who are senior citizens have used Neil for years and recently when their 3 year old hot water ( which was still under warranty) broke for the third time they called and contacted the office 3 times and he never responded to their call. They were left without hot water for 5 days. This is not acceptable for any plumber who has had loyal customers for years. Would not recommend his service to anyone who needs a reliable plumber.

Neil gave me a window of one hour when he would show up for an estimate. He showed up, on the dot at the earliest est time. I was actually embarrassed because I was ten minutes late and he waited. He then gave me a very fair price and in fact made a great recommendation to have a flood stop put on our water heater to protect the finished basement. We contracted him and he did the job very well, I am glad i went with professional grade stuff rather than a home depot cheapo homeowner job. It is way more efficient than what we had and quiet! And most importantly to me, he did it all when he said he would, at the price he promised and CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF! If you want the absolute cheapest, go find some fly by night, dirty worker, save a measly few dollars and regret it the rest of it's life.....or you can call Neil and he will do it economically but right!
