It has been very ridiculous that a script took over a moth to be approved. Part of the problem was with my Drs office, although it was approved this past Monday and it still hasnt be shipped out! I see why the reviews are so bad with BeneCard. I want my union to go back to express scripts.

This mail order company is a joke. They are refusing to fill my diabetes medication and refusing to return the order that was sent to me that I cant use. They are very ignorant and know how whatsoever they will take your money in a heartbeat but refused to help you will need it you were calling corporate office is no help

I was an ardent critic of Benecard. My doctors were not going to take on patients with Benecard. My opinion of Benecard has changed drastically, mainly because of Kara Kuhn. She contacts me regularly when prescriptions are due to be refilled. Her actions, along with the new concierge service has changed me from a critic to a cheerleader Karas assistance is the main reason for the change! She should be commended for her work & being an advocate for me.

Prompt, professional and friendly! When I have issues they always help me out and explain the situation to me because sometimes the whole insurance process can be really really frustrating. Thank you Benecard for helping me in managing my health and my mental health symptoms in the best way possible!
