It was a long process, almost a year, but Brandon Broderick and his team at the Trenton office stood with me the entire time and went to battle for me when the time came. As a first timer in any kind of accident lawsuit I had no idea what to do or expect and they were great at educating me on the litigation process thorough calls and email in a way a normal person could understand. I am so happy with Brandon J. Broderick's Firm. They were excellent in settling my slip and fall case and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs legal help with an injury case. I initally hired a different law firm in Trenton, and we were going to go to trail. The lawyer at that firm messed up and I ended up firing them. After doing some research on Google or other law firms, I called Brandon J. Broderick and he responded immediately, within minutes of our initial conversation I was calmed down and realized how "lucky" I was I didn't go to trial with those other attorneys. I found out I was far from ready and would have most likely not gotten a settlement offer I deserved. My slip and fall injury case became not only the most complicated case, having 6 surgeries during my case, but was one of the largest in New Jersey history! Brandon had to be intensely organized, patient, and "on top of things for a very long time. Then, having to endure the wrath of a very frustrating and uncooperative insurance company. BUT when you have truth on your side, Brandon will never ever get frustrated with you due to countless emails, phone calls you will send him, repetitive questions you will ask, or ridiculous statements you may write down on forms, that he must "fix". These lawyers show extreme professionalism, unending energy into your case, they will double and triple check and make sure you WIN on not just one merit, but several so there is no room for doubt if you go to trial.
