        I was unable to get Quest Diagnostic to honor the EOB from Blue Cross Blue Shield despite mailing ,faxing and e mailing the EOB. I uploaded my EOB when I filed my complaint. Thankfully the billing issue was resolved. I would have been in collections for a bill I did not owe if I had not filed my BBB complaint. Thank you

        Its a shame when you pay your home protection policy in full for the year, PLUS an $89 service fee, but you have to contact the BBB because a company like Choice Home Warranty doesnt want to repair or replace the electric stovetop that failed. Stay away from CHW people
