I had to rate them so that's why they got one star, otherwise i'd give them negative stars. This is by far the WORST company to deal with. Their customer service representatives do not note your account right and sent a bill to a completely different address that I had not lived at for over a year and a half and then when it was not paid due to me not knowing it even existed and thought my account was cancelled because I had called prior to cancel it, they sent the bill into collections so now I have to deal with them and collections. they told me that i did not give a second address or a phone number which was a blatant lie. I have called for 6 days in a row and every time i ask to speak to a supervisor, NO ONE EVER IS THERE. to top it off, their billing department won't even take my account out of collections even though it was noted that it was the company's error. if you have to deal with this company, god bless you !!!!!!!!!

If i could give them zero stars I would! I have called for the past 4 days asking to speak to a supervisor and no one has gotten back to me! They always claim that when they get busy, the supervisor takes calls but yet they never return the phone call or message that was left for them prior to them becoming busy. the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The customer representatives do not note the right information on your account and then blame you for their mistake. this is the worst company and if you do not have to use them that I would not !!!!!! I will continue calling them until someone speaks to me.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND MAKE YOUR LIFE HELL BY HAVING TO TAKE TIME OUT OF YOUR DAY TO TRY AND GET A HOLD OF THEM.

Terrible customer service! By far, the worst utility company I've dealt with lately (and as a multi-property owner, I deal with quite a few). I've had screwed up bills, thanks to their billing error, for more than 8 months now, and I can't get a supervisor in their customer service group to call back and finally resolve this matter (despite promises from staff that "she'll call you back this time"). I agree with other here, if zero stars was an option, that's what I'd give AC Electric under their current management.
