We had Maldari Brothers do a project and were extremely unhappy with our dealings with them. We would never recommend them to anyone. Steve Maldari was verbally Abusive to my wife. He was condescending and insultful to me about material choices made. Conveniently “has no recollection” of verbal agreements made & backed out of a large portion of the job. Spent thousands over in materials without pre-authorization. They tried to get final payment without final inspection and told me I didn’t understand the way things work and that I should pay them. I know the law and the law says you don’t get paid without final inspection. Never even asked if we were happy or needed anything fixed/tweaked at the end of the job. One day they were done and left expecting payment for an incomplete job. They were extremely unprofessional to deal with and I would recommend going elsewhere.
