Invisible Fence

I love my invisible fence. My beagle pug mix is a bit energetic but when he hears the beeper, he backs off right away. Training when you get the fence makes the difference. I did my own training, under the direction of the company and did EVERYTHING they told me to do and the dog is now safe. My son has a puggle as well with the same unit. Highly recommend invisible fence

We had a terrific experience with Tom Kane and his staff. We had considered an Invisble fence for a long time and we were concerned about effectiveness...as well as putting our old dachshund through the experience. We explored some options and after meeting with Tom, we felt very comfortable with the care and safety for our dog being priority number one in his plan, all of the attention to detail that was built into his plan, and the guaranteed effectiveness. I quickly learned, its truly all about the quality of the product (what Kane Containment and Invisible Fence Brand delivers is top of the line by way of technology, customization of the product, etc.) AND the TRAINING! It was surprisingly very simple with the help and visits from Tom and Staff as we went through the trainings. I couldnt have done it on my own, but Tom made it simple. He also knows how to run a good business with great service, timely appointments, and everyone I worked with is genuinely good people. As mentioned... terrific experience!

Our fence was great until it needed to be repaired and they refused to come repair. When I called on a Monday, they said they would check for days between Tuesday and Thursday. I went out to do errands that same day and received a call about how they were there but no one was home so they were leaving. If I had known they would've been coming, I could have been there, but they failed to tell me. I called and they said, "Oh sorry, our fault, we made the appointment sooner than we had time to warn you for. Let's put you back in for a scheduling." A day went by and no confirmation. They had never put us back in the system. We called again and they said, "We'll be there Thursday from 10-1," which was the following day. We waited, called at 12:30 to check if they were still coming. "Yes, they should be there at any minute." We waited until 1:30 and called again. Oh you had been scheduled for the following week, even though we told you it was this week. Repeated calls later, trying to get an appointment and nothing, no matter what manager we talked to. Hard to use your invisible fence if they will not fix it.
