Was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and helpfulness of Mike at Mercer County Chimney Services. He was checking the chimney, but was even able to answer some questions I had about the roof and gutters. He was friendly, helpful and professional during the chimney inspection. Wore booties inside and even cleaned up the tiny bit of insulation that fell out of the attic. My roofing is old and so with his roofing background, he was able to give me an idea of how much time I have to replace it and what to look for. Couldn't ask for better service. Had leaks with my chimney when it rained. I scheduled an inspection appointment and was provided a detailed report with pictures and the recommended repairs. They were quick to schedule the repairs, complete the work and answer any questions. They are professional, courteous, respectful of your property and work well as a team. James and his employees were great as always! On time, work was done neatly and I received a full explanation of the condition of my wood stove chimney. I have used them for the past 5 years. Always excellent service.
