        Went on trip in Catskills in Feb. 2024. Great trip. Karen Coate was very caring and overseeing any problems and she immediately took care of things.

        Beware. Starr sold me a seat without storage, lights, or ventilation. When I contacted the owner upon my 28 day return, she LIED about such a seat exiting!

        Thank you for a WONDERFUL bucket list trip with Starr to see the Rockettes and the Rockefeller Center Tree. Our bus driver "O" and tour guide "Theresa " went well above their duties to make sure we found our way back to bus. Will definitely continue checking off bucket list travel with Starr..
