Sandra, you came in for an estimate in which the car possibly needed suspension work and you were unhappy to hear that I couldn't put your car on the lift and take your wheels off to look further at it on just the first visual inspection. Even after we specifically guaranteed you that the suspension would be handled, if any damage existed from the accident, at the time of repair with a supplement through the insurance claim. We do not take cars apart on the initial inspection, that is just not a normal practice in the industry. We wrote all the body damage your car needed and made a note on it that there may be suspension damage. We never fixed your car and tried to accommodate you the best we could, as we do all our customers. It is a shame you could not understand what we tried to explain to you multiple times and that we could not get a chance to fix your car.
