        Very nice to deal with.  We had several dealers come in to see the furniture and estate items we had.  2 wanted to charge us to do a " clean out", and charge us $850.00 and $$1200.00.  Another dealer offered me 200.00 total for a few items.  My neighbor said to call Mr. Selmon.  Mr. Selmon offered us $4,000, and did the cleanout.  Very fair and honest man.
