Food-delicious. Service-horrible. Went with family (party of 7). We were seated in the far back and appeared to be forgotten about. Had our one wine and had to ask 2x for glasses. When the waiter finally came he was rushing. Had to flag bus boys down for more bread and water refills. Food was very tasty and huge portions.

We arrived at 6 pm with our 2 year old daughter. By 6:30 we had not received any bread and no one had even come to our table to ask us if we needed drinks. The food was horrible. I ordered Linguini with garlic and oil with tomatoes minus the shrimp. It came like soup and I am not exaggerating. My daughter had the pasta and meatballs. The meatballs should have been called garlic balls, they didn't even look like meat. The food tasted like it was a week old. The service as other reviewers had mentioned was horrendous. Our waiter would disappear in half hour increments over and over. By 8:00 with an exhausted 2 year old, the entire table was standing up waiting to get the check so we could leave.We stood there for 20 minutes to half an hour and still no one came and there wasn't even anyone around to ask for help. I would like to add that there were only about 8 tables being occupied. We ended up having to go get the girl that seated us to get our waiter. When he finally came to give us the check, he added 20% gratuity into the check. We are very big tippers normally but since this service was so bad my brother and husband questioned the bill. The manager came over and said "oh that's not the servers fault, that was the kitchen" Huh??? We paid and left around 9 pm. Don't waste your time or your money here. They will be out of business soon. Nicola's around the corner is excellent and service is wonderful. Eat there instead.
