The worse experience Ive ever had working for a company. Very poor leaders working in this company. Specifically in the Eastern district. Totowa. To be even more specific Ill drop some names. Mike Novak. Rachel Carter. The human resource director robin is very rude and does not fit the job to be a human resource director. I was hired here in sept 20th didnt actually start Untill oct 20th. Upon starting with this company I was paid an advance check without even asking and on my second pay period the advance was automatically deducted from my pay without notice. I was hired to work in one location and they have decided on their own to position me at a different location because my hired location was not ready.( if this position was not ready then Agiliti should not have asked me to put in my two weeks notice of my previous job). Ive expressed my concerns to Rachael and mike specifically about this and about where they had me positioned at one of the worlds worse hospitals with the worse employees and their response was there is nothing they can do. They tried to say I resigned by walking off the job site when I specifically told mike (a new hire supervisor) that I would like to be positioned else where and I do not feel comfortable any more training at theyre new required location. He and racheal told HR a different story. When I called HR (Robin) she told me Im sorry mr. There is no other option for you, You have been terminated, Wish you the best of luck , and then hung up the phone on me. The worse experience ever with any company!
