        One of the most worst experiences I had while stranded. My car was disabled in severe thunderstorm and Diamondback was requested through my insurance. Their ETA was one hour to begin with and after an hour when they had not communicated anything I started to call. The person who handles the office there is extremely rude did not even want to listen. I shared my live location and after another half hour they said the driver is lost. They can’t find us through maps so they just decided to stop answering our calls and just leave us stranded. Terrible service from a service provider.
