I have used Counselors Title Agency on two sales and two purchases over the last several years. I highly recommend their professional staff. They walk you through the buying and selling process and are quick to answer questions. I highly recommend Sandy in their office. She is amazing and knowledgeable and takes great pride in her job. She goes over and beyond for her clients and I will use their services again should the need arise. A++++

I took my mother there to pick up her check from selling a house. She owns a real estate company and she recently had surgery, but she had to come along because they would not release the check to me. They made me take my mom there after just having surgery and made us wait about an hr for the check. When we first walked in a woman asked what we needed help with and then went on lunch, and did not bother telling anyone that we needed help. As I said, we waited almost an hr because that woman wasn't able to say to one of her coworkers, before going to lunch, that we needed help. I work in a doctors office an I always make sure to help the patient, or tell one of my coworkers that someone needs help before going to lunch. It's just the professional thing to do. It was ridiculous to me that she was unable to take two seconds before going to lunch to say someone needs help.
