I have been going to Body & Soul for massages for about 2 years now and can honestly say that I would never go anywhere else. When I decide its time for a massage it is typically because I am dealing with some sort of muscle soreness or tightness in certain areas. Mary does a fantastic job at catering every massage to exactly what is bothering me and making sure to check in multiple times during the sessions to ensure there are no issues. In addition to the actual massage, the environment is incredibly tranquil which helps to elevate the overall experience. If you are in the market for a new massage therapist, I HIGHLY recommend you give Body & Soul a shot!

I had such an amazing experience at Body and Soul Massage. The atmosphere was so calming, and I left feeling relaxed and renewed. Mary is highly experienced and more knowledgeable about massage than any therapists I had gone to in the past. She takes the time to discuss your lifestyle, your medical background etc so that she can customize your massage to meet your needs. Mary is a bright light of positivity, and that positive energy definitely enhanced the experience. She truly goes way above and beyond to care for clients!

First of all I have to say that I have been a client of Mary’s for more than ten years now. She is by far the best massage therapist I ever went too. I moved to Florida 3 years ago and come to see her every time I come back to visit. Nobody can compare to her. She knows exactly what is needed to help my aching back. She is kind, compassionate and genuinely an exceptional person to be in this business. I am so looking forward to my next visit with her. It can’t come soon enough.

I can’t even begin to explain how amazing my experience was at body and soul massage. First off when you walk in the office you are completely relaxed bc of the ambiance of the massage. Mary is the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She is very professional and knowledgeable about her craft. She has a way of making you feel completely at home!!! The massage was AMAZING and I can’t wait to go back for another. I even bought my family members massages for the holidays. I know not only myself but my family is looking forward to the one of a kind experience you get at body and soul massage. I highly recommend body and soul massage.
