Kline Bros Pools and Landscaping

I have never in my life, have had work done, with such a horrific company. It has been a nightmare to work with them. Starting with John the owner, they are a bunch of liars. they have not kept their word on a single item. i was promised work completed before Memorial Day and here we are the middle of July, and we are not finished. I am supposed to have my daughters graduation party this weekend, which I already moved twice and now have to move again, and I lost my deposit. I have caught their employees sleeping on the job, have had the wrong material delivered 3 times, have been waiting for the correct material for days now and I am in a jam. I had no choice but to fire them and my work is not complete, but i am done with the abuse. I have spent over 6 figures, and this is how they treat their customers. They actually gave the same treatment to my friend, with whom we hired Kline on or about the same time. So, if you are thinking of hiring them, prepare yourself for a lot of heart ache and stress. This is the first time I have ever written a review for anything and I am because I don't want others to go through what I have gone through. I hope that this review, can save at least one person's summer, ours was ruined and cant be replaced. I would give them zero stars if I could as a rating.

Stopped in to inquire about getting river rock - timeframe, cost of delivery, etc. A gentleman, who I am assuming was the owner, heard me come in, walked out of the office and saw me and then proceeded to go back into the office. Obviously he wasn't looking for business. Looks like we'll go elsewhere for our landscaping needs.

We had an excellent experience with our pool installation by Kline Bros. Our project leader George was easy to work with and eager to please my wife's ever-demanding personality. Sure we could have gone with a less expensive contractor but the end results were worth every dollar spent. There is something to be said about hiring a company that handles all aspects of a project of this magnitude. Throughout the Installation of the pool, pavers, landscaping, and perimeter fencing, George and his crews were top-notch. As one crew finished their portion of the job the next crew was on site the following day. Many of my neighbors who had pools installed by other companies' projects took several months to complete. Kline Bros transformed my yard into a backyard oasis in 8 weeks. It would have been sooner but for the weather and inspections. I wish to thank Joe and Jennifer Ascolese for recommending Kline Bros. for our project. I would recommend Kline Bros. to others without reservation.
