This was my very first visit and I was greeted by Gabby who was so sweet. Wendi called me back to the room and she as just as nice, but my experience with Dr. Couvin was amazing. He spent about 40 minutes with me and I as very thorough and engaging. I am so happy to have finally found a PCP that I like.

I usually dont have problems with the office. I have a 1pm appt The office is closed 12-1pm for lunch I sm the 2nd pt in office, so why am I still sitting in the waiting room at 1:45. Something not right

VERY BAD!! I got a call from a rude and pushy office manager stating I owed money from years ago. I went to them a handful of times before the pandemic. I told her I don' t remember but I usually pay my bills as soon as possible. She said , we called, left messages, sent mail to an old address and we are sending it to collections. Well, let me address this here since she had to interrupt what I was saying and speaking over me , barking like a nasty dog. First, I moved twice, when I moved, my mail was forwarded. Second, you said you called and left message? Hmm...there is this thing on cell phones where you can type in a number in search and see how many times a number has tried to call in the last 6 months for example. Guess what with your nasty gross office, the numbers to your office NEVER SHOWED UP. When I pay medical bills, I always put the date and amount I paid on the bill. If your rudeness did not instigate and persist on the phone , I could have explained that and I had two doctors in the past to try to charge me twice where i had to I show that I paid. I also said before I pay anything I want to check my cards to see if I paid or see if I have a bill on the phone. Let me tell you, I couldn't say this on the phone because this psycho office manager talks over people, bullies and threatens people over the phone. Iit got to the point where I finally said, something just to stop her up from interrupting. Sweetie, I said karma comes back to you in a review. I don't lie, but apparently you do. This office manager cried to your boss to make herself look good. This office manager was probably the kid in school that would tattle on others when in reality she was the one who instigated or started the whole thing I imagine.You are a disgusting, gross example of a professional human being. Someone will treat you like a bully the way you do that with patients. The pathetic thing is, people like you don't learn from it. As for the doctor. I saw less than a handful of times. I only do that when the doctor is not very good. I have had my current doctors for a very long time. To the doctor, you are who you have around. When your staff threatens people with police, collections and bullies over the phone, professionally you are just as disgraceful as them, even worse. Enjoy the review! :)
