I had to change PCP a couple of years ago from a dr that i'd been with for over 20 years due to health insurance. I switched to Dr Ludwig and have been very happy. I never feel rushed.. she answers all my questions.. would recommend

Called about a problem I am having inquiring about reports from my prior doctor in Florida and am having a problem. The receptionist was rude to me as I was excited since no one was able to help me from my prior doctor. Not patient professional at all. As a new patient of the doctor I have to say I was more than disturbed. I am 87 years old and have never experienced a receptionist like this. Dr. Ludwig has to improve her quality with her patients.Was disappointed with my examination and she had no charts and I am another one who spent about 5 minutes. Being a new patient, I expected more. Needless to say I dropped her and so did my daughter.
