Community Medical Center: Emergency Room

Arrived at the ER after midnight with my roommate who was in excruciating pain. They were quick I processing, and although we were in the ER a while waiting for results, pain management was provided, doctors came in often, many updates and explanations were given. In the observation room, Zeb our RN stood out as one of the best! I love paying compliments where they are due. He went above and beyond. I went to the cafeteria and their food was really good!

Absolutely the worst hospital in New Jersey. They lie. They send you away when your bleeding internally & in severe pain. They don't explain anything and when they do They are rude and nasty turn around and claim the patient is the nasty one. Their doctors are brain dead and cant figure anything out.. I highly recommend staying away from that dump. Worst experience of my life. 2 surgeries done there both operations caused me to have more pain then I came to them with. They expect to be paid top dollar for consistent failure to do their jobs.

Terrible service. Rude nurses. Sent my mom home while she was crying in pain. Wheel chaired her to the parking garage and then left her there waiting for someone to pick her up. Completely alone, being approached by odd people for matches and cigarettes. Very dismissive and will ignore your concerns. Nurse was NOT compassionate at all. Did not walk her to the bathroom, she could barely walk. My mom did not want to leave because she was still in so much pain and still was not exactly sure why. They basically shrugged at her, sending her home and said to just go back to the ER if she needs to. She needed to be there, what was the point of her leaving and going back to another ER? No pillows. No one explained anything. Gave her a lidocaine patch and barely assessed her. She spoke with the nursing supervisor when she got home, was also very dismissive. EDIT: Doctor did not even do a physical exam and the nurse took her blood pressure. That was it. Told her it might be a disc and a nerve but never followed up with imaging. Waited 6hours to get into a bed. Please stop working in the medical field just for the money. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was admitted to the emergency room April 1 2022 Friday afternoon and I want to thank all the admittance people and all the nurses who took care of me eerythromycin was so Helpful Thank you allforService Thank You All
