        Horrible!!!! Waited an hour in the lobby for appointment. Front Desk woman was rude when i asked why I was waiting an hour? 3 women behind the front desk just walking around with take out containers and eating. When I questioned having to wait more, the receptionist said "its always like this on fridays, do you want to reschedule?". No apology, no sympathy, no concern. Waiting area is run down , chair is ripped. First time new patient-NOT EVER GOING BACK-HORRIBLE HEALTH CARE!!!!!

        Not thrilled with my previous experience with the nurse practitioner K. P. She is neurotic on prescriptions practicing on patients like guinea pigs. The Dr's are good. I've left the place when she screwed up my meds. Unfortunate but could have a fatal for me. Had to find a real doctor as this place often had her practicing instead of the Dr's.

        Kathy Powers is the most spectacular Nurse Practitioner in the world! I wouldnt trade her for any amount of money! She is the best listener and has a wonderful bed side manner!
