They were really nice and walked me through every step! It was my second ever dentist appointment (I was nervous) but they made it really easy!

I've been blown away by the amount of care and service I've received at Garden State Dental of Toms River! I have tried numerous dentists in the area over the last 18 years; some felt like they were just out to raid my insurance and my pockets , others who were nice and all, but poorly skilled, yet another who was a combination of good work, but had very costly out of pocket charges and among them all there were ancilary issues; old equipment, bad staffers, terrible scheduling, long wait times. Time was running out for me last year, I needed work done and knew I had to take a chance and find a new place. Just like you're doing now, I read through Google Reviews. Asked friends and coworkers and came back to Google reviews again and narrowed the list down to just a few and settled on Garden State Dental and Dr. Michael Aiello. From my very first call where I was provided an appointment within a few days time, by an incredibly friendly staffer. At my appointment I was evaluated, given a plan with the scope of work and isurance costs as well as estimated out of pocket costs. That same day i received a fantastic cleaning and met with my whole care team. Over a period of several months I was given appointments that fit my schedule, had text check ins and reminders, and even received personal phone calls with opportunities to move up my appointments! The front desk staff is pro-active and outstanding! You need scheduling, they're on it, you have a billing question, it gets answered, you need a print out, they got you. Appointment times were very accurate. Outstanding, modern day equipment. The hygenist; informative, caring, and genuinely concerned for your well being. Absolutely no one is pedalling products! Everyone seems like family; this whole place is just like that! It feels like you just became part of their family. I'm only sorry I didn't find my way to them sooner! Most of my work has now been completed. My next visit is just for my 6-month cleaning :) I'm glad I finally found excellent competent dental servies, with knowledgable, caring, friendly staffers without it all costing me an arm and a leg! Trust me when I tell you, this is the place you've always hoped you'd find and oddly, you probably drive right past it weekly, if not daily! Thank you Dr. Aiello! Thank you to the entire staff at Garden State Dental. I can smile again because of all of you and all you do!
