Elaine is a horrible. I had a terrible experience with her. We went for marriage counseling and she only sided with the addict. She insulted me constantly. She dictated my emotions, I kept telling her that's not how I feel and she disagreed. She used shame and negativity to try to motivate me. even my addict husband didn't want to use her anymore bc he saw how terrible she was. I have been to other marriage councelors and they have never ever made me feel the way this woman did. Save your time your money and ur heartache and use someone else. Ps- I have used Maria and she is a sweetheart i highly recommended. I also recommend Shawn.

I liked the place but felt very controlled and dictated. It may not be bad, but i definitely didn't like it. Take it or break it. I saw John, Elaine, Shawn, Maria and the star is Shim.

The therapists at Leadem Counseling are the experts! John and Elaine have used their own recoveries and therapy expertise to help us and the many others who have referred us to them from our addiction recovery community here in New Jersey. We are so grateful to them and their therapy team.
